RESOLUTION NO. 2-85
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN DATED JANUARY 1978 AND INCLUDING ALL OF THE CHANGES IN
A DOCUMENT CALL THE "EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN" MARCH 1985.
WHEREAS, the amendments to the Eagle Comprehensive PIan
are based on approximately three and one-half years of work¡and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council and Eagle Planning and
Zoning Commission held many workshops with the public present
and taking part in the planning process; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council and Planning and Zoning
Commission held several joint workshops; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission held a
public hearing on the amendments on October 10, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council held a public hearing on
the amendments on January 29, 1985, and on April 16, 19R5~ and
WHEREAS, the existing plan contains numerous errors and
there have been substantial changes in the area that warrant
a change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1. The Eagle, Idaho Comprehensive Plan dated
January 1978 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Eagle, Idaho Comprehensive Plan dated
March 1985 is hereby adopted. A copy of said Comprehensive
Plan is attached to this resolution.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force immediately upon its passage and approval.
