RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF
MARCH, 1985.
WHEREAS, the Eagle Comprehensive Plan was extensively amended in
March, 1985, following approximately three and one-half years of
review; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle Comprehensive Plan provides for the
submission of amendments on or before January 1 and July 1 of each
year; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council on or about July l, 1986,
proposed certain amendments to the Eagle Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, On August 5, 1986, the Eagle Planning and Zoning
Commission, after notice and hearing as required by law,
recommended certain amendments to the Eagle Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, on August l2, 1986, the Eagle City Council after notice
and hearing required by law, accepted the recommendations of the
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission, to amend the Eagle
Comprehensive Plan,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
RESOLVED BY
THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL
OF THE
Section l. That the Eagle Comprehensive Plan be amended as
specifically set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
Section 2. That the Eagle Policy Diagram Map be amended by
extending the Urban Service Planning Area to include the area
within the Eagle Area of Impact bordered by Meridian Road on the
west, U.S. Highway 20/26 on the south to its intersection with
North Cloverdale Road, north along an imaginary line created by the
extension of Edgewood Lane to the south, east along a line
corresponding to the midpoint of the North Branch of the Boise
River, then north along an imaginary line created by the extension
of State Highway 55 south to its intersection with the North Branch
of the BOlse River, north on State Highway 55 from its intersectlon
with State Highway 44 to Beacon Light Road, west on Beacon Light
Road to an imaginary line created by the extension of Meridian Road
to the north until it intersects with Beacon Light Road.

Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force immediately upon its passage and approval.
