RBSOLUTION NO 4-86
A RESOLUTION OF TI-IE CITY OF El\GLE, IDl\HO, APPROVING TI-JE TRANSFER
OF REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE l\PPHOPRINl'IONf) IN 'l'HE AMOUN'r OF
$4,830.00 ,FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO THE LIBRARY FUND;
ÃND PROVIDING ÀN EFFECTIVE DÃTE:
Ý'lHEREAS, 'rhe Eagle Public Library is the recipient of
a $d,830.00 materials grant from the Ada County Free Library
District; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Clerk' has determined that a
transfer of revenue and expenditure appropriations from the
Capital Improvements Fund to the Library Funds must be achieved
in order to provide for the appropriation of this grant amount.
NOW, '1'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY:' THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
That $4,830.00 be transferred from the Capital Improvement
Fund to the Library Fund for the benefit of the Eagle Public Library
in response to a grant from the Ada County Free Library Board;
And that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its adoption and approval of the Mayor and City
Council members of Eagle.
