Resolution - 1986 - 03-86 - Accept Ownership Of Block 8, Eagle Ranch Subdivision - 04/08/1986 CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO RESOLUTION NO. 3:.. ~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO ACCEPTING OWNERSHIP' OF LOT 1, BLOCK 8 OF EAGLE RANCH SUBDIVISION NO.4-A. WHEREAS, The City of Eagle has accepted the Title Insurance Policy No. 0-9902-263620. WHEREAS, The City of Eagle has accepted the Corporate Warranty Deed No. 8602850 received from Block Bros. Industries, Inc., a Washington Corporation, located at 2201 6th Ave., Seattle, Washington, 98121, as Grantee and the Grantor thereby unto the City of'Eag1e, Eagle, Idaho, 836l6. WHEREAS, The City of Eagle has been granted and received the sum of $2,000.00 from Block Bros., for restoration. That the sum of $6.17 was also received for county taxes dated January l, 1986 through January 7,1986. THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved that the City of Eagle has accepted ownership of Lot 1, Block 8 of EAGLE RANCH, SUBDIVISION NO.4-A, according to the offica1 plat thereof, filed in Book 44 of Plats at Page 3556, records of Ada County, Idaho as a City Park of Eagle.
