BE IT RESOLVED BY 'TIlE .MAYOR l\ND CDUNCIL OF THE CI'IY OF EAGLE, rr:Wi 0 THAT: Section 1. The rules of order of procedure herein rontained shall govern deliberations and rreetings of the Council of Eaglc,Idaho. Section 2. Regular rrcctings of the Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of the rronth. Section 3. Special ncetin<Js rmy be held at the call of the mayor by written notice to each rrcrnbcr of the <x>uncil stating the object of the ITCcting as provided by Section 50-604, Idaho Code. One-h,llf (1/2) plus one (1) of the ræmbers of the full council shall have the fX)\ver to call special rrcetings of the city council by serving written notice to all 1l1<"-'ITÙ.JCrS of the council stating the object of the meeting as provide.] by $ection 50-706, Idaho Code. 'I'he city clerk shall record the procccc1in9s of ¿ùl special rrcetings in the city rouncil rreeting records. Section 4. JlJ.l rC9ular IrCctings shall convene promptly at 7::10 P. M. at the Eagle City Hall. Section 5. ^ qLDrum shall be a ffic"ljority of the full CX)uncil and questions before the council sh¿1l1 be decided by a majority of the m:311bers present LIDless otherwise provided by law. section 6. 'Ihe presiding officer of the rouncil shall be the nayor, or in his absence the presid<mt of the rouncil. The IŒlyor shall have a vote at city <x>uncil neetings only when the council is equally divided. .. .. , : ,. Section 9. The mayor shall have the power to veto or sign any ordinance passed by the CX)uncil. The council nay pass a vetoed ordinance by a 'vote of one-half (1/2) plus one (1) of the nanbers of the full council. Should the mayor neglect or refuse to sign an ordinance and return it to the CX)uncil at the pert regular <x>uncil meeting, the sæœ shall become law without his signature upon proper publication. All ordinances, resolutions or propositions submitted to the' <X>UI1cil which requir.e the expenditure of rroney, shall lie over until the next regular rrceting¡ provided that such ordinancE:=s, resolutions or profX)sitions may be considered earlier by unanirrous CX)nsent of the .. "'" members present; and provided further, that this' riù.e shall not apply to current expenditures of, or contracts previously nade with, or regular salaries or wages of employees of the city. Section 22. The city clerk, ci ty treasurer, attorney, building inspector, librarian and such other employees of the City of Eagle, shall, yo/hen requested, attend rreetings of the council and shall remain in the council r<x>m for such length of tiJre as the council nay direct. Section 23.
