A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, APPROVING CERTAIN
APPLICATIONS FOR BEER LICENSES ISSUED BY THE CITY OF EAGLE.
WHEREAS, §23-1011, Idaho Code, requires that a hearlng be
conducted prior to the issuance by the City of Eagle of any
license for the sale of beer; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Eagle, at its regularly
scheduled meeting of December 10, 1985, conducted separate hearings
to consider the applications for the sale of beer made by the
following applicants, with such hearings being recorded in trans-
cribable form:
Larry Leach
d/b/a Eagle IGA
Eagle, Idaho
Circle K Corporation
d/b/a Circle K Store
Eagle, Idaho
Richard Yzaquirre
d/b/a Eagle Beverage
Eagle, Idaho
Baird Oil Co.
d/b/a Go-for Mart
Eagle, Idaho
Eagle Enterprises
d/b/a Bank Club
Eagle, Idaho
and,
WHEREAS, a review of each application revealed no reason for
not renewing the beer license of each of the above-named appli-
cants; and
WHEREAS, the members of the City Council have individually
reviewed the written applications submitted by each of the above-
named applicants; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor separately having called for testimony in
favor of and against each application and there belng no testlmony
ln opposition to any application; and,
WHEREAS, it was separately moved and seconded that the appli-
cation of each of the above-named applicants for a beer license be
approved, with each of said motions being unanimously approved by
the City Council as required by law,
NOW THEREFORE be it hereby resolved that the license applicat-
ions for sale of beer of each of the above-named applicants be
approved for the 1986 calendar year and that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Eagle be authorized to sign and to issue each
of said licenses to the respective applicants.
