A RESOLU~ION SUPPORTING THE INVESTIGATION OF A GENEP~L AVIATION
AIRPORT WITHIN THE IMPACT AREA OF THE CITY OF EAGLE
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council is in favor of an investigation
and feasability study o~ a General Aviation Airport; and
WHEREAS, a committee has been formed for investigation and
study; and
WHEREAS, the investigation committee is a joint effort of
Ada County and th6!"City of Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Ada County supports a joint venture between Ada
County and the City of Eagle for the purpose of a County-City
General Aviation Airport.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Seciton 1: That the city of Eagle supports the efforts
of said committee in the investigation and study of the airport
proposal.
Section 2: That is Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle Idaho, this
