RESOLUTION NO. ~ s¡,
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING N.~ENmŒNTS TO THF EAGLE COMPREHErJSIVE PLAN OF
MARCH, 1985.
~HERFAS, the Eagle Comprehsensive Dlan was extensively amended
in March, 1985, following approximately three and one~half years o~
review; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle Comprehensive Plan provides for the submission
of aMendments on or before January 1 ana July 1 of each year~ and
~HEREAS, the EaGle City Council on or about July 1, 1986, proposed
certain amendMents to the Eagle Comprehensive Plan; and
~~HEREAS, the Eaale City Council after notice and hearing required
by la\." accepted the recommendations of the Eaqle ,Planning and Zoning
Commission, to amend the Eagle Comprehensive Plan, on A.uaust 12, 1986;
and
WHEREAS, on or about January 1, 1987 the Eagle Planning and
Zonina proposed certain amendments as law provides, to the Eagle City
Council; and
~HEREAS, on February 10, 1987 the Eagle City Council adopted
the revisionsand amendments as recommended by the Eagle Planning and
Zonina,
Nm^1 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~.iAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That the Eagle Comprehensive Plan be amended as
speci~ically set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as set ~orth in full.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force immediately upon its passage and approval.
