RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF EAGLE AND THE UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the Agreement between the\City of Eagle and
the University of Idaho, a copy of which is annexed hereto and by
reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute and attest said agreement on behalf of the
City.
section 3: That this Resolution shall take
