RESOLUTION 7-89
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTY-CITY
GENERAL AVIATION AIRPORT WITHIN THE IMPACT AREA OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council supports the establishment
of a general aviation airpQrt; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council is willing to enter into a
joint venture agreement with Ada County for the purpose of
creating a General Aviation Airport;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle will support all Ada
County efforts in the establishment of a General Aviation
Airport within the impact area of the City of Eagle and will
perform efforts of its own toward such an end, pursuant to
a joint venture undertaken by said parties;
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, this 12th day of December, 1989.
