Resolution adopting the Residential Anti-Displacement and
Relocation Assistance Plan Under Section 104(d) of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, as grant sponsors of Eagle Sewer
District's 1989 Idaho Community Development Block Grant for the
Parkinson project, is subject to the guidelines of the Residential
Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan, and:
WHEREAS, the Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation
Assistance Plan requires the City of Eagle to replace all occupied
and vacant occupiable low/moderate income dwelling units demolished
or converted to a use other than as low/moderate income housing and
to provide relocation assistance to each low/moderate income house-
hold displace by such demolition and conversion as the result of
activities related to the Parkinson project, and:
WHEREAS, the adoption of the Residential Anti-Displacement and
Relocation Asssistance Plan is a requirement of the Idaho Department
of Commerce for said grant, regardless of whether the grant project
involves displacement or relocation activities.
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Eagle supports the
Anti-Displacement Plan as the direct result of activities assisted by
funds provided under Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1974, as described in 24 CFR 570.496a(b) (1,2), as
included in Federal Register, Volume 53, No. 159, dated August 17,
1988 as required for said grant.
