A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OPTION FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
AND ESCROW AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF EAGLE AND LOUIS
MENDIOLA; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND
ATTEST SAID AGREEMENTS ON BE~F OF THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the Option of Purchase of Real Property and
Escrow Agreement by and between the City of Eagle and Louis
Mendiola, copies of which, marked Exhibits "A" and "B"
respectfully attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, be, and the same are hereby, approved.

Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
respectively execute and attest said Option and Agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Eagle, substantially in the
forms that are presented.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
