RESOLUTION NO. 8-90
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF EAGLE AND THE CITY OF BOISE, CITY OF GARDEN CITY, CITY OF
MERIDIAN AND CITY OF KUNA, ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT AND ADA
COUNTY TO CREATE AN AIR QU~LITY BOARD FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ADMINISTERING A MOTOR EMISSION CONTROL PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
Section 1: That the Agreement between the City of Eagle,
City of Boise, City of Garden City, City of Meridian and
City of Kuna, Ada County Highway District, and Ada County,
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute and attest said Agreement on behalf of
the City;
Section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
