RESOLUTION NO. 7-90
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PERFORM CERTAIN
DUTIES IN THE ABSENCE OF THE CITY CLERK; AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, the City clerk of the City of Eagle ("City Clerk")
is occasionally required to be absent from the City of Eagle
( "City" ); and
WHEREAS, during the absen~e of the City Clerk certain duties
of the City Clerk set forth in the Eagle City Code and Idaho
State Code must still be performed; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the City deem it
advisable to empower a Deputy City Clerk to perform such
duties.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, that:
Section 1: LAURA MARKHAM is hereby appointed Deputy City
Clerk, to perform during the absence of the City Clerk those
duties of the City Clerk as the Mayor or City Clerk directs
him or her, in writing, to perform.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in effect from and
after its passage and approval.
