A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF EAGLE AND EAGLE SEWER DISTRICT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF
A GRANT: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
section 1: That the Agreement between the City of Eagle and
Eagle Sewer District, a copy of which is annexed hereto and by
reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved.
section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute and attest said agreement on behalf of the
city.
section 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
