RESOLUTION 3-90
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE AMENDMENT TO THE ADA COUNTY CODE,
SECTION 6-1-3, THE MOTOR VEHICLE EMISSION CONTROL ORDINANCE,
EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE TO DECEMBER 31,
1990
WHEREAS, the Board of Ada County Commissioners amended the
County Code Section 6-1-3- (15 );ônd.. ~ ,
WHEREAS, said amendment shall read as follows: This section
shall be rendered null and void on December 31, 1990, unless
extended by ordinance. This section shall also be rendered
null and void at such time as Ada County attains compliance
with the air quality requirements of the Federal Clean Air
Act as amended; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City of Eagle supports the amendment to
the Ada County Code, Section 6-1-3.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution be in full force and effect
immediately upon its adoption and approval.
