RESOLUTION NO. 9-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, INITIATING THE FORMATION
OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 91-1; DESCRIBING THE IMPROVEMENTS
TO BE CONSTRUCTED, THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES, AND THE PROPERTY TO BE
ASSESSED, IN THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR
OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is
a municipal corporation organized and operating under the laws of
the State of Idaho and is authorized to create local improvement
districts for public improvements pursuant to Title 50, Chapter 17,
Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council (the "council") of the City has
determined to initiate the formation of a local improvement
district for the purposes described hereinbelow.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows:
section 1: Pursuant to Idaho Code section 50-1706, the
formation of a local improvement district, to be known and
designated as Local Improvement District No. 91-1 ("L.I.D. No.
91-1") is hereby initiated.
section 2: The proposed improvements to be made wi thin L. I. D.
No. 91-1 are generally described as follows: construction,
reconstruction, or repair of street intersections, curbs,
sidewalks, crosswalks, and equipment for street lighting purposes;
planting of shade trees and other landscaping and construction of
an irrigation system for such trees and landscaping; together with
related improvements and costs of engineering, legal services,
publication, interest on borrowed funds during construction, bond
issuance costs and reserves, and other related expenses (the
"Improvements").
section 3: A general description of the boundaries of L.I.D.
No. 91-1 and of the properties proposed to be assessed for the cost
of the Improvements (all of which property is situate within the
City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho), is set forth in Exhibit "A,"
which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
section 4: The assessable portion of the costs and expenses
of the Improvements shall be assessed against the tracts, lots, and
lands benefitted by the Improvements according to the front-foot
method of assessment, as provided by section 50-1707, Idaho Code.

section 5: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage and approval.
