SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
October 15,2024
1. CALL TO ORDER: Brian Allen calls the meeting to order at 2:30 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: ALLEN,HAMLETT,ROSS. SHAWVER is absent.A quorum is
present.
3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Grant Award Recommendation: The Committee will make a
recommendation to Council for recipients of the Eagle Arts Advisory Committee
Grant funds to be used in fiscal year 2024-2025.
Mr. Allen introduces the item and summarizes the discussion by the Committee at their grant
application jury meeting on September 23, 2024. He requests a motion to formally recommend to
City Council the selected applications be awarded grant funds.
Laura Williams, Administrative Specialist II, clarifies the recommendation, if carried, will be
placed on the October 22,2024 City Council meeting agenda.
Ross moves to recommend to City Council to award the Eagle Arts Advisory Committee
grant funds to selected applicants, seconded by Hamlett. ALLEN AYE;HAMLETT AYE;
ROSS AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
5. REPORTS:
A. Staff: Ms. Williams discusses the date and time of the next Committee meeting.
B. Committee:Nothing to Report.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
Hamlett moves to adjourn at 2:33pm, seconded by Allen. MOTION CARRIES.
Hearing no further business,the Eagle Arts Advisory Committee meeting was adjourned.

They would like to formally recommend to the City Council, the following grant applications

Eagle Plein Air Festival-$5000
