A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING SERVICE AREA FOR
THE CITY'S DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle is interested in expanding the area
of the City to be served by the City's domestic water system:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, THAT:
section 1: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 202 the City Council
hereby declares that the real property described in Exhibit A,
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
though fully set forth, shall be designated as Service Area of the
City of Eagle Water Department and area to be served by the city's
domestic water system. The Service Area established herein shall
be in addition to the Service Area estblished by Resolution~,

Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its adoption and approval.
