A. Eagle Plein Air Festival 2024 Presentation: Meg Glasgow will discuss the Eagle Plein Air Festival
that wrapped up on October 11, 2024.
B. ACTIONITEM.• Eagle City Athletic Park Donation Campaign Overview: Staff will present an
overview of the planned Eagle City Athletic Park donation campaign and solicit ideas for EAAC
involvement. (HNC)
C. ACTION ITEM- Community Art Project "Hearts for Seniors": Staff requests approval to publish a
community art project for Eagle's student-age residents, in January 2025, to draw and decorate
Valentines Day hearts to be distributed to Eagle's senior residents.

D. ACTION ITEM. Call for Artists for a Youth Art Show for Arbor Da Staff requests the approval to
publish a Call for Artists for a Youth Art Show for the month of April 2025 in celebration of Arbor Day
and to recommend to Council EAAC funds be used for two prize baskets for the winners in an amount
not to exceed$150.00.

E. Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Capital Plan Update: Staff will review the fiscal year 2025-2029 Capital Plan,
adopted on October 22, 2024. (NBS)
F. ACTIONITEM.• Pueblo Lindo Exterior Art Mural: Staff is requesting discussion and
recommendation of approval, or denial, for City Council of the mural painted on the exterior of the
business located at 1396 E. State Street.
