A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN STANDARDS FOR
THE DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Eagle is interested in establ ishing
construction and design standards for the Domestic Water System.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO, THAT:
Section 1: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 202, adopted by the
Eagle City Council on May 1JL, 1992, the City Council hereby
declares and designates the following as the Construction and
Design Standards for the Domestic Water System:
