Minutes - 2024 - Design Review Board - 09/26/2024 - RegularDESIGN REVIEW BOARD MINUTES The Design Review Board met in regular session September 26, 2024. Grubb presiding. 1. CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order at 6:01 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: GRUBB, SAYER, MIHAN, MLIRPHY, NORTON. Absent: LINDGREN, GREER. A quorum is present. 3. CONSENT AGENDA: ALL CONSENTAGENDA ITEMSARE CONSIDERED ACTION ITEMS. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one inotion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member or City Staff requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. ACTION ITEM: DR-2024-21 — Linder Senior Livin� Facility — Intermountain Pacific: Intermountain Pacific, represented by Mike Chidester with Elton Development, is requesting design review approval of a 139-unit senior living facility and 18-units for independent living for the Linder Senior Living facility. The 10.44- acre site is located on the east side of North Linder Road approximately 90-feet south of the intersection of West Temple Drive and North Linder Road at 6910 and 6940 North Linder Road. (This item was continued from the August 22, 2024, Design Review Boar•d meeting) (BAW) Ryan Griffiths, Beecher Walker Architects, 3115 E. Lion Lane, Salt Lake City, Utah, provides an overview of the application and responds to questions from the Board. Mike Chidester, 2541, E. Gala Street, Meridian provides an oveiview of the application and responds to questions from the Board. City Planner, Barb Williams, provides an overview off the application and responds to questions from the Board. Grubb moves to approve DR-2024-21 — Linder Senior Living Facility — Intermountain Pacific with the standard conditions of approval as written and the standard site specific conditions as written as of September 19th, 2024. Site specific conditions modified, specifically as follows. Strike site specific condition #2 and make the note that the revised drawings satisfied the site specific condition. Site specific condition #3: Keep. Site specific condition # 4: Strike. The revised drawings show the appropriate details to satisfy the condition. Site specific condition #5: Strike. The revised landscape drawings show the appropriate details to satisfy the condition. Site specific condition #6: Leave and add at the end of line one the height shall be measured from the base of the concrete baller base and the concrete shall be sack finished. Site specific condition #7: Leave that. Site specific condition #8: Strike. The revised drawings show the appropriate details to satisfy the condition. Site specific condition #9: Keep as is. Site specific condition #5: Provide revised cut sheets on light to show specific length, width, height, and thickness to be approved by staff anticipating that it is proportionally in line with the sign and the plantings in front of the sign shall take into consideration how they are going to block any verbiage on the sign, but still maintain code.
