A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING THE SERVICE AREA FOR
THE CITY'S DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM; CREATION OF A CITY WATER
DEPARTMENT AND THE NAMING OF A WATER DEPARTMENT SUPERINTENDENT
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle is interested in establishing an
area of the City to be served by the City's domestic water system;
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle is interested in creating a
department of the City to manage and maintain the City's domestic
water system: and
WHEREAS, the city of Eagle desires to name a superintendent of
the City water department.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO, THAT:
section 1: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 202, adopted by the
Eagle City Council on May ~, 1992, the City Council hereby
declares that the Lexington Hills Subdivision(s) , more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as though fully set forth and the Echo Creek
Subdivision(s) more particularly described in Exhibit B attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set
forth, shall be designated as the Service Area of the City of Eagle
Water Department and the area to be served by the City's domestic
water system.
section 2: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 202, adopted by the
Eagle City Council on May 1J¿, 1992, the City Council hereby
creates and establishes a department to the City of Eagle,
hereinafter to be designated as the Water Department, to manage and
maintain the City's domestic water system.
Section 3: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 202, adopted by the
Eagle City Council on May~, 1992, the City Council hereby names

section 4:
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
