A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE "AGREEMENT FOR TRANSFER AND OPERATION
OF DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM" DATED MAY 2SL, 1992, BETWEEN LEXINGTON
HILLS, INC., TREASURE VALLEY VILLAGE AND THE CITY OF EAGLE
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle desires to enter into a contract
wi th Lexington Hills, Inc. and Treasure Valley Village for the
acquisition of the domestic water system serving the Lexington
Hills and Echo Creek Subdivisions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO, THAT:
Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the "Agreement
for Transfer and Operation of Domestic Water System" dated May ..«(. ,
1992, between Lexington Hills, Inc., Treasure Valley Village-añd
the City of Eagle for the acquisition of the domestic water system
serving the Lexington Hills and Echo Creek Subdivisions, a copy of
which Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by this reference. The City Council hereby authorizes the
Mayor and Ci ty Clerk to execute and attest, respectively, an
agreement in substantially the same form as the Agreement for
Transfer and Operation of Domestic Water System on behalf of the
City.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its adoption and approval.
