1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:31pm
2. ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, MORRISON, RACKLEFF
Absent: Ivie, Lewis & Rackleff
Rackleff entered the meeting at 5:32pm
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of August 15, 2024
Commissioner Domene moved to approve the minutes of February 15, 2024, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Cedarbrook Commercial Subdivision — Nicolette Womack with Kimley-Horn 1100 W. Idaho St. #210
Boise 83702
Hailey Durham — Floodplain Administrator for the City of Eagle presented on Cedarbrook Commercial
Subdivision
Chairman Huffaker would move that PPRC make a recommendation to both Planning & Zoning
Commission and to the City Council that the plan has been presented to us tonight on Cedarbrook
Commercial Subdivision be approved with the following exceptions. Exception 1 being that the staff
recommendation regarding adding in the extra 5ft sidewalk on the east side of this project be included
and that the sidewalk along # 2 the sidewalk along Beacon Light be suspended for now until the decision
is made by ITD and ACHD as to weather or not that sidewalk would eventually lead to a crossing of
highway 55.
Seconded by Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES ... EXCEPT VICE CHAIRMAN FAUSTINA,
NAH... MOTION CARRIES.
B. Avimor Development - Brad Pfannmuller, General Manager of Avimor - 5963 Avimor Dr. Eagle
Hailey Durham — Floodplain Administrator for the City of Eagle presented on Avimor Subdivision
Vice Chairman Faustina moves to approve Avimor illustrated subarea plan #1 with regards to the trail
systems. Seconded by Commissioner Domene. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
