RESOLUTION 97-5
A RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A GRAZING AND LEASE AGREEMENT AND
TO FIND THE MUNICIPAL PROPERTY IS NOT NEEDED FOR CITY PURPOSES
DURING THE DURATION OT THE LEASE.
WHEREAS the City Council has acquired property commonly known as the
Merrill Park, more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and desires to enter
into a grazing and leasing agreement to provide revenue to the City for the time period
which the property is not needed for City purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MA YOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1. That pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-1409, the City has found
the property described in Exhibit A is not needed for City purposes during the duration of
the lease;
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement, a
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B;

Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.
