RESOLUTION 97-11
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-1A-2:B OF
THE EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT BY RESOLUTION
OF FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amending and updating the fee schedule for building
pennits through this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: that said schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: that the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.

Project values of $100,001 - $727.00 for the first $100,000, plus $4.00 for each additional $1,000
Permit Fees for Drainage Plans
Direct costs incurred by the City in obtaining a review of drainage plans by the City Engineer,
and subsequent inspection of drainage facilities, shall be paid for by the applicant.
Review fees shall be paid prior to issuance of building permit and inspection fees shall be paid
prior to occupancy.
