RESOLUTION # 97-12
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO SECTION 1-7-4 OF THE
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT BY RESOLUTION OF
FEES FOR LAND USE PLANNING ACTIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amending and updating the fee schedule for land use
planning actions through this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: that said schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: that the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: that this Resolution shaH be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.

NOTE: Per Eagle City Code Section 1-7-4 (A) and (B), any direct costs incurred by the City in obtaining a review
of the application, by architects, engineers or other professionals necessary to enable the City to approve or
disapprove of the application shall be paid for by the applicant (including impact area referral items).
