RESOLUTION NO. 97-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING CUSTOMER CHARGES AND VOLUME
CHARGES FOR CITY'S WATER SYSTEM, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is a municipal
corporation duly organized and operating under the laws of the State ofIdaho; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City is authorized by Sections 6-5-9 and 6-5-
24, Eagle City Code, to establish water user charges for the Eagle City water system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That, pursuant to Section 6-5-9 and Section 6-5-24, Eagle City Code,
the City Council hereby establishes the customer charges as follows:

Section 2: That, pursuant to Section 6-5-9 and Section 6-5-24, Eagle City Code,
the City Council hereby establishes a volume charge on metered water used per 100 cubic
feet (CCF) of$0.72.
Section 3: That, the customer shall be billed monthly the customer charge plus
the volume charge. The volume charge is based on all metered water for the billing
period. The customer charge will be prorated whenever the customer has not been a
customer for the entire billing period.
Section 4: This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
