RESOLUTION NO. 7-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, ESTABLISHING COPYING CHARGES FOR THE CITY; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is a municipal corporation
duly organized and operating under the laws of the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City is authorized by Section 1-6A-1.1. and Section
1-8-5, Eagle City Code, to establish reasonable copying charges for materials made available by
the City to interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish such copying charges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That, pursuant to Section 1-6A-1.I and Section 1-8-5. Eagle City Code, the
City establishes the following charges for copies provided by the City:
UNDER 10 PAGES PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE
10+ PAGES TEN CENTS 1.10) PER PAGE
CERTIFIED COPIES OF CITY $1.00 PER PAGE
RECORDS (INCLUDES AFFIDAVIT OF CITY CLERK)
EXTRAORDINARY COPIES (i.e., CHARGED AT THE CITY'S DIRECT COST
MAPS, ELECTRONIC OF DUPLICATION
MEDIA, OVERSIZE DOCUMENTS
Section 2: The City Clerk may require payment in advance for any of the copying
charges established above.
Section 3:

This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
