A SOLUTION APPROVING A WATER CONNECTION FEE AGREEMENT FOR THE
C LLECTION OF WATER CONNECTION FEES BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
GLE AND UNITED W A 'fER IDAHO INC.; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
C ERK TO EXECuæ AND AT1EST SAID AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN
E ECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle desites to enter into an agreement with united Water
0 Inc. for the collection of water connection fees within the boundaries of the City of Eagle.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY mE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF TIlE
TY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the water connection fee Agreement by and between the City of Eagle
United Water Idaho Inc., a copy of said Agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein
b reference. be and the same is hereby, approved as to both form and substance.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be. and they hereby are, authorized to
re pectively execute md atteSt said Agreement for ¡md on behalf of the City of Eagle.
Section 3. That this Resoluti shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
ption and approval."
