RESOLUTION NO 6-95
TO ESTABLISH A POLICY FOR COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN AND BY THE CITY
WHEREAS, in the interest of improved communications, written correspondence will be
distributed on the same day to Mayor and Council and positions or policies of the City must be first
approved by the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: (I) that all correspondence in final form generated
by the Mayor, Council Members, City Attorney, City Engineer or City Clerk will be distributed by
mail, fax or otherwise within 48 hours and (2) that any position or policy presented as the City of
Eagle's, in any communication, whether written or oral, shall first be presented to and approved by
the City Council.
