1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:31 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, MORRISON, RACKLEFF
Absent: Faustina and Lewis
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of April 18, 2024
Commissioner Morrison moved to approve the minutes of April 18, 2024, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Rackleff. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
B. Minutes of May 9, 2024
Commissioner Ivie moved to approve the minutes of May 9, 2024, as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES..: MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Thomas Wojcik — 2852 S. Lake Vista Ln. Presented concerns regarding Pamela Baker Park and Noxious
Weeds.
Eric Ziegenf iss discussed Pamela Baker Park.
5. REPORTS:
A. Recreation Report — Josh Herker presented on Recreation Events.
B. Public Works Report — Eric Ziegenfuss presented on Public Works.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Can staff please provide an update on Greenbelt Bike Pathways. Are there plans to complete areas where
dirt still remains. (DD)
B. In reviewing the 2024-25 Capital Plan, I noticed there was $100,000 designated in the budget for
"Parks/Trails Master Plan." Is this something our committee is responsible for or have the ability to
provide input? Could staff please provide, if possible, information regarding this item. (DD)
C. Could staff please provide the status of the Eagle Regional Sports Park that was discussed at our May 3,
2024, meeting. (DD)
D. Discussion about the purpose for the PPRC Commission. (DD)
