Temporary Noise Ordinance Waiver Request: Paul Hilbig is requesting a noise waiver for a Halloween party at his residence on Palmer Lane in Eagle,Idaho on October 26, 2024 at the hours of 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (TEO) Eagle City Code Title 4 Chapter 9 E. Donation Agreement Between Clyde Capital Group and the Cie of Eagle: Clyde Capital Group is donating marketing services for the Capital Campaign for the construction of the Eagle Regional Sports Complex in an amount not to exceed$10,000. (TEO/MM) F. Professional Services Agreement Between Amproductionsl.com and the Ci , of Eagle: A professional Services Agreement for video production services for an amount not to exceed$12,000. (BKP) G. Agreement Between the Cie of Eagle and Personnel Plus.Inc.:An agreement between the City of Eagle and Personnel Plus Inc to provide staffing services on an as needed basis for the City. The placement fee shall not exceed$5,000 per placement. ACTIONITEM.• Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Cie of Eagle Capital Plan: Adoption of the City of Eagle Fiscal Year 2024-Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Plan. (NBS) A.1 ACTIONITEM.• Resolution 24-16 for Fiscal Year 2025-2029 Capital Plan. 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION: 74-206(1)An executive session at which members of the public are excluded may be held,but only for the purposes and only in the manner set forth in this section. The motion to go into executive session shall identify the specific subsections of this section that authorize the executive session. There shall be a roll call vote on the motion and the vote shall be recorded in the minutes. An executive session shall be authorized by a two-thirds(2/3)vote of the governing body. An executive session may be held: (b)To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student; and (f) To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.
