A RESOLUTION OP TBB CITY OP BAGLB, IDAHO, DBTAILING SPBCIPICATIONS
POR STREBT LIGHT PLACBJlBft AND INSTALLATION; OUTLINING DEVELOPBR
RESPONSIBILITIBS; PROVIDING POR STREET LIGHT OWRBRSHIP AND
JlAIIfTBIQIfCB; AND PROVIDING VARIANCB PROCBDURES
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho, desires to
implement a comprehensive street light policy governing street
light specifications, ownership, maintenance, installation, and
design standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the CITY OF EAGLE STREET LIGHT PLACEMENT
POLICY, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit "A," be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
Adopted by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.
