RESOLUTION NO. 98-14
A RESOLUTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, per Idaho State Code Title 40 Chapter 21, the Regional Public
Transportation Authority was created, and:
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to have representation on said
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Eagle
that Mayor Rick Yzaguirre shall be appointed and confirmed as Eagle's representative on
the Regional Public Transportation Authority Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
