Resolution - 2024 - 24-15 - Adopting The Avimor Design Guideline Book - 09/24/2024 RESOLUTION NO. 24-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, ADOPTING THE AVIMOR DESIGN GUIDELINE BOOK; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, after holding public hearings before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council, the City Council, on April 25, 2023, voted to approve ZOA-01-22 for a zoning ordinance to adopt Avimor Zoning Ordinance,including the design review criteria and for the concept creation of the "Avimor Design Guideline Book"; and WHEREAS, on August 22, 2024, the Eagle Design Review Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Avimor Design Guideline Book; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish consistent design standards for the development of architectural styles, signage, fencing, lighting, and amenities within Avimor within the City of Eagle; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopts the Avimor Design Guidelines Book as illustrated in Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows: Section 1: The City Council adopts the Avimor Design Guideline Book, heard and adopted by the Council at its September 24, 2024, meeting. Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho, this 24th day of September, 2024. The designs in this guidebook are for illustrative purposes only and other designs are encouraged and should be considered. They use traditional building materials such as brick, wood, plaster, stucco, and stone. D 9 10 Industrial Industrial architecture is a type of architectural design used in the construction of buildings in sectors such as industrial, public service, and educational.
