A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-1A-2:B OF
THE EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT BY RESOLUTION
OF FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS; ADOPTING THE BIMONTHLY UPDATES OF THE
BUILDING VALUATION DATA CHART (EXCLUDING THE SECTION ON REGIONAL
MODIFIERS) OF THE BUILDING STANDARDS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL
CONFERENCE OF BUILDING OFFICIALS; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for these fees has been published in the Valley
News as required by Idaho Code;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amending and updating the City's fee schedule for
building permits by this resolution;
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the bimonthly updates of the Building Valuation Data
chart (excluding the section on regional modifiers) of the Building Standards Magazine
published by the International Conference of Building Officials for the valuation of buildings by
this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: that said schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: that the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: that the bimonthly updates of the Building Valuation Data chart (excluding the section
on regional modifiers) of the Building Standards Magazine published by the International
Conference of Building Officials is approved to be used by the City for building valuation; and

Section 4: that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.

Project values over $100,000 - $800.00 for the first $100,000., plus $4.50 for each additional $1,000
Commercial plan check fee, ifapplicable, isss%ofthe building permit fee,
for residential p,lan, check fee, 10% of the building permit fee.
Permit Fees for Drainage Plans
Direct costs incurred by the City in obtaining a review of drainage plans by the City Engineer,
and subsequent inspection of drainage facilities, shall be paid for by the applicant.
Review fees shall be paid prior to issuance of building permit and inspection fees shall be paid
prior tooccupancy.
