RESOLUTION NO. 98-9
WHEREAS the City of Boise City, Idaho and B.W. Inc. are proposing a land
exchange of property adjacent to the City of Eagle, and;
WHEREAS B. W. Inc. desires to develop such property and will apply to the City
of Eagle for annexation, rezone, Planned Unit Development, and Preliminary Plat, and;
WHEREAS the City of Boise as record owner of the property will conditionally
consent to submitting such applications pursuant to the Conditional Consent of Owner
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" only if the City of Eagle executes the same.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Eagle, Idaho:
I. The City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho hereby authorizes its Mayor
to execute the Conditional Consent of Owner in a form substantially similar to Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
