RESOLUTION # 98-4
A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES TO PROVIDE FOR
PARKING IN-LIEU PAYMENTS FROM APPLICANTS WHO PROPOSE OFF-SITE CITY
PARKING IN LIEU OF ON-SITE PRIVATE PARKING AS PERMITTED WITH
ORDINANCE #309; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a new fee schedule to provide for parking in-lieu
payments from applicants who propose off-site City parking in lieu of on-site private parking as
pennitted with Ordinance #309; through this resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section I: That said fee is hereby approved;
Parking in-lieu fee shall be $5,700.00 per space. In addition to the above fee the owner shall be
required to pay an annual per space maintenance fee as shall be detennined by Resolution of the
City Council.
Section 2: that the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.
