1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 3:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: GRUBB, VAN ARNEM,NEILSON, HART, FILLMORE.
Absent: Thomas. Council Liaison Baun is present.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. ACTION ITEM Minutes of February 15, 2023. (LNW)
Hart moves to approve the minutes of February 15,2023. Seconded by Fillmore. ALL
AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A.*ACTION ITEM Fire Capital Improvement Plan and Development Impact Fee
Update: Recommendation to the Eagle City Council on the adoption of an amended and
restated Fire Capital Improvement Plan and the establishment of unique development
impact fees for industrial,retail, office institutional, single family and multifamily that
includes new fees and increase in excess of 5%. (NBS)
Colin McAweeney with TischlerBise reviews the Eagle Fire Protection District report.
General discussion amongst the Committee, Colin and Chief Lewis regarding the report.
Hart makes a motion to approve action item A. Seconded by Nielson. ALL
AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
5. REPORTS:
A. Committee Reports: None
B. Staff Report: Baird-Spencer states that the Council adopted the Park Impact Fees at
their last meeting. It will be effective July 1.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
Hart moves to adjourn. Seconded by Fillmore. ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
