RESOLUTION 99-5
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "1999 IDAHO STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC
WORKS CONSTRUCTION" DESIGNATING SPECIFICATIONS AND
CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WITHIN THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle has previously adopted the "Idaho Standards for
Public Construction" establishing specifications and construction standards for street and
utility improvements within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain a current level of standards as
promulgated by the State ofldaho;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, THAT:
Section 1: The Eagle City Council hereby adopts the 1999 edition of the "IDAHO
STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION" and the addendum thereto
subsequently prepared by Holladay Engineering Company.
Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
