RESOLUTION No. 00-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE EAGLE CITY COUNCIL, EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO
ADOPTING A MINIMUM STANDARD OF ROADWAY COMPLETION PURSUANT TO
SECTIONS 9-4-1-2 and 9-4-2-2 OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Street and alley standards shall be constructed in accordance with Ada County
Highway District standards; and
WHEREAS, The standards require rolled compacted asphalt pavement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EAGLE, IDAHO.
Section 1: All roadway asphalt shall be constructed prior to the issuance of building permits in
all subdivisions.
Section 2: All improvements which relate to the construction of streets shall be exempt from
Section 9-4-2-2 of the Eagle City Code on Guarantee of Improvements.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this 12th day of September 2000.
