A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE PURSUANT TO SECTION 7-6-11 OF THE EAGLE
CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT BY RESOLUTION OF A FILING
FEE FOR AN APPEAL OF THE WRITTEN DETERMINATION ON ASSESSMENT OF
DEVELOPMENT IMP ACT FEES AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing for the proposed fees has been published in The Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved establishing an appeal fee by this Resolution in
Ordinance No. 358;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: The filing fee for an appeal of the assessment of Development Impact Fees shall be in
the amount of $110.00, to be paid at the time the notice of appeal is submitted to the City Clerk.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho.
