Resolution - 2003 - 10 - Allowing For Equestrian Use Of The Unpaved Section Of The Greenbelt - 08/26/2003
RESOLUTION NO. 03-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE EAGLE CITY COUNCil.., EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO, ALLOWING FOR EQUESTRIAN USE OF THE UNPAVED SECTION OF
THE GREENBELT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, in order to enhance the public's recreational
opportunities along the Greenbelt pathway, wish to include horseback riding as a
permissible use along the unpaved section of the Greenbelt within the City limits.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MA YOR AND COUNCil.. OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO.
Section 1: The Eagle City Council hereby authorizes equestrian use of the
unpaved section of the Greenbelt.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
