RESOLUTION 03-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE IDAHO,
RELATING TO LICENSE FEES FOR GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 3-5-3 Eagle City Code, requires a general business license
for those persons, entities, or activities, excluding solicitors, special event, temporary
merchant or vendor, which hold themselves out to the public as businesses, trades or
professions, including home occupations as defined in Title 8, Chapter 3 Eagle City
Code; and
WHEREAS, Section 3-4-4 requires fees to be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Clerk recommends establishing a fee to cover
administrative costs associated with issuing and renewing license.
NOW THEREFORE, ijE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Eagle
that:
Section 1: The fee for obtaining a general business license shall be twenty-five dollars
($25.00) annually paid to the Eagle City Clerk.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
approval.
