Dear Nichoel,
Provided below is a proposal to perform the necessary surveying and associated
documentation for the dedication of right-of-way as required by ACHD in the conditions of
approval for Spring Valley PUMP #3. The Scope of Work associated with the survey is presented
below.
1. Define search points from record data, provided survey data files, and controlling
records of adjoiner and controlling corners.
2. Field -locate all controlling monuments and corner record ties along with monuments
controlling adjoiner boundaries.
3. Resolve boundary from field ties and establish boundary.
4. Set missing monuments required for Record of Survey and ACHD Right -of -Way
Dedication.
5. Prepare record of survey showing parcel configuration and ACHD ROW dedication and
prepare legal description.
6. File and provide a recorded copy of Record of Survey showing boundaries.
7. Project management and administration.
We propose to complete the above tasks for a fixed fee of $13,360.
Based on our initial research, it appears seven corner records will require inspection and based
on this initial research it appears possible that all identified corner records may require
updating or replacement to be brought to new State Code compliance regulations. This cannot

be determined for certain until the field survey is performed. If necessary to comply with State
Code compliance regulations, we propose completing the Corner Records for $575 each ($4,025
for up to seven corners).
The total cost authorized for this proposal is $17,385.
The schedule for completion will be coordinated with the City staff. The work is anticipated to
be completed within 30-45 calendar days from the authorized notice to proceed.
