1.CALL TO ORDER
2.ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, LOFAS, MORRISON.
3.PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.
4.NEW BUSINESS:
A.ACTION ITEM: A-06-23/RZ-12-23/CU-12-23/PPUD-04-23/PP-08-23 - Wildernest River Subdivision -
request for pathways recommendation. The proposed development consists of 119-lots (108 buildable,
11-common). The 88-acre site is located at the terminus of South Isla Del Rio Way, South Lago Way,
and South Riparian Way at 850 and 856 East Williamson Lane. (MW)
B.ACTION ITEM: PU-2024-01- Valnova Development - request for pathways recommendation. The
proposed development consists of 6,107-acres, a possible 7,600 total residential units, 245-acres
maximum of non-residential uses, and a total project wide open space goal of 40% (2,406-acres) that
includes both regional and community open space. PUMP No. 5 includes regional pathways,
community pathways, nature trails, and sidewalks; regional parks/open space and trailheads, community
parks, and neighborhood parks. (DM)
