1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:31 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: DOMENE, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, LOFAS, MORRISON
Absent: Faustina, Lewis, Lofas (resigned)
3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Stephanie Hawkins — 5725 N. Discovery Way Boise, presented on Wildernest River Subdivision. (audio
was not clear for other details).
Chairman Huffaker makes a motion is to accept and pull the staff recommendations they provided to
us and that includes also a blanket easement on the south side of the development to allow for the
possibility of a future bridge that connects the south side of this project to the south side of the south
fork. Seconded by Commissioner Ivie.
Chairman Huffaker amends the motion to the south side of the development to more specific
designation of that area in that is provide a blanket easement across Lot 24, Block 1 of Wildernest River
Subdivision to accommodate future construction of a pedestrian bridge which connects to the existing
bike trail on the south side of the Boise River. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
B. Eric Langvardt with Langvardt Design Group — Salt Lake City, UT. Presented on Valnova Development.
Commissioner Ivie makes a motion that PPRC make a recommendation that the plan submitted by
staff be accepted with the limits made this evening. With the envisional sentence suggesting our
preference for some public access be granted for those wanting to play golf, and in terms of "through
streets" for the development.
Commissioner Ivie would like to withdraw the previous motion that PPRC recommend that staff
recommendations be recommended to move forward with the amendments made to number 11 and
number 16 with additional preference from the PPRC that some public access is granted to golf through
streets for development. Seconded by Commissioner Domene. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
