MINUTES
The Design Review Board met in regular session on July 25, 2024. Lindgren presiding.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 6:00.
2. ROLL CALL: SAYER, LINDGREN, GREER, MURPHY. ABSENT: GRUBB,
MIHAN.
3. CONSENT AGENDA: ALL CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ACTION
ITEMS. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one
motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board
member or City Staff requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for
discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda
in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. Any item on the Consent Agenda that
contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the
Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM DR-2024-35 - One Building Wall Sign for Old State Saloon - Old
State Saloon: Old State Saloon, represented by Devan Hardwick with Pro Trade
Construction, is requesting design review approval for one non -illuminated building
wall sign. The 0.32-acre site is located on the north side of East State Street
approximately 155-feet east of North Eagle Road at 50 East State Street. (ERF)
City planner, Emily Falco, provides an overview of the application and responds to
questions from the Board.

Lindgren moves to approve DR-2024-35 - One Building Wall Sign for Old State
Saloon as presented.
Seconded by Greer. ALL AYES...MOTION CARRIES.
6. REPORTS:
A. Design Review Board: The Design Review Board requests advice in requesting the
completion of the Eagle Architecture Book.
B. Staff: City planner, Emily Falco, provides an update regarding the items scheduled
for the next Design Review Board meeting.
Lindgren makes a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Sayer. ALL
AYES...MOTION CARRIES.
7. ADJOURNMENT
